Ffos Las will bring a sport to a population with existing strong

northwest of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.

Ffos Las is within 3 miles of the stunning Pembrey Peninusla which is home to
Pembrey Country Park, a motor racing circuit operated by the British Automobile
Racing Club (BARC) and a private airfield, all of which have significant development
proposals planned over the next few years.

It benefits from the proximity of many complimentary facilities including the immediately adjacent Glyn Abbey Golf Club, the prestigious Machynys Peninsular Golf and Country Club in Llanelli and the Championship Ashburnham Golf Course near Burry Port.

Other attractions in the area include the National Botanical Gardens of Wales at
Llanarthne and Aberglasney House and Garden in Llangathen, both within easy
reach of the site.

The site is well located with a climate beneficial to horseracing due to the unique weather conditions provided by the coastal environment and Gulf Stream.
