Ffos Las will bring a sport to a population with existing strong
links to racing and equestrian activities.

The project will offer a highly attractive lifestyle to visitors and
residents who will share over 600 acres of attractive
countryside and leisure facilities.

Ffos Las is in an area of striking character and natural beauty, located to the
northwest of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.

The site commands breathtaking views down the Gwendraeth Valley and across Carmarthen Bay to Tenby and Caldey Island.

Ffos Las is within 3 miles of the stunning Pembrey Peninusla which is home to
Pembrey Country Park, a motor racing circuit operated by the British Automobile
Racing Club (BARC) and a private airfield, all of which have significant development
proposals planned over the next few years.

It benefits from the proximity of many complimentary facilities including the immediately adjacent Glyn Abbey Golf Club,
the prestigious Machynys Peninsular Golf and Country Club
in Llanelli and the Championship Ashburnham Golf Course
near Burry Port.

Other attractions in the area include the National Botanical Gardens of Wales at
Llanarthne and Aberglasney House and Garden in Llangathen, both within easy
reach of the site.

Crowd at race meeting The site is well located with a climate beneficial to horseracing due to the unique weather conditions provided by the coastal environment and Gulf Stream.

In addition to being very well backed and supported by the South Wales racing and
equestrian fraternity, the Irish are very keen on the project as Ffos Las is easily
accessible by both ferry and air travel.
