Advance ticket holders will automatically be entered into Prize Draw. Competition entry forms will be supplied to every entrant on the gate. Only open to customers attending 3 day festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This offer is open to all customers aged 21 and over. 2. All dates are subject to availability and availability may be limited during peak times such as school holidays. 3. The Orlando Holiday offer is available for 2 adults and 2 children. 4. The accommodation provided is fully furnished. Meals, transport and personal expenses are not included as part of the Holiday offer. 5. Arrival and departure taxes may apply and are extra. Flight Supplements are extra. 6. You are responsible for any damage to the accommodation during your stay and will be asked to pay the resort directly. You may be asked to pay a breakage deposit upon arrival, amounts vary ask for details at time of booking. 7. Transfers are not included in the offer but prices can be supplied at time of booking. 8. Relevant Tour Operator’s booking conditions apply. The Promoter, its agents and distributors have no liability in relation to the holiday. 9. All passengers must have a valid 10 year passport, with at least 6 months validity beyond the return date. If you do not hold a British passport please note that a visa may be required. It is also the passengers’ responsibility to obtain any Visas required for the destination that you intend to visit. 10. Before you go on holiday you must take out adequate travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance cover once you have booked your holiday. 11. Your confirmed flight times will be shown on your tickets. Where you have been issued an e ticket, your confirmed flight times will be shown on your itinerary. We recommend that you re confirm your flight time with the airline prior to travel as occasionally airlines may change flight times at short notice. Whilst abroad we recommend that you reconfirm your onward and return flight times within 72 hours before departure as we cannot be held responsible for any changes in flight times once you have left the UK. 12. Any changes or amendments to the booking once it has been made will be subject to a fee. 13. All flight taxes must be paid in full in order for tickets to be issued.
