Ffos Las offers a warm Welsh welcome to all of our Owners and Trainers and wish you every success. We are very pleased to announce that from the 28th August our new Owners and Trainers Dining Room will be available and will be offering a range of locally sourced meals at affordable prices.

Facilities Available
You will have access to the dedicated Owners and Trainers Car Park which is directly behind the entry point and the Owners and Trainers Bar. You will be greeted by our Owners and Trainers Hostess and will be offered a complimentary tea or coffee and locally made Welshcakes.
Our Owners and Trainers Bar overlooks the Parade Ring and offers a wide range of beverages, Totepool betting and a number of large LCD screens for viewing the action.
Our Owners and Trainers Dining Room is adjacent to the bar and can will offer a range of delicious local dishes, please be advised that you cannot book a table in advance of the racemeeting.
We also reserve a viewing area within the main grandstand for Owners and Trainers.
Winning Owners
We are pleased to offer our winning owners a professional, silver framed photograph of your winning horse, a DVD of the race and a glass of champagne in the new ‘Dunraven’ Winning Connections Room where you will be able to watch a re-run of your race.
Race Planning
Day to day we aim to provide competitive racing reflecting the needs of the majority of Owners, Trainers and the horse population.
The Going
Trainers will receive going reports at entry and declaration stages by telephone, fax, e-mail and text message. All racecourse staff are briefed on the current going.
A continual programme of capital investment and modern equipment purchase ensures the best possible racing surface for horses.
Ffos Las has been purpose built with a huge investment in the racing surface.
Equine Care
Ffos Las is committed to the care of the horse. We have a modern 120 stable yard built to the highest of BHA standards, and a highly trained and competent team of veterinary surgeons and farriers. We also have a post race endoscope facility and a post race horse monitor to spot signs of distress or injury and to action remedial steps.
Ffos Las also has a superb Lodge facility for stable staff which includes 17 twin en-suite bedrooms, a large well run canteen area, toilet and shower facilities and TV screens showing the racing throughout the day.
