The
Programme
Ffos
Las Ltd was formed to develop proposals for horseracing
in South West Wales
and secured British Horseracing Board fixtures in June
2000. The directors of the
company have extensive experience in the horseracing
industry and this experience
has been fully utilised in the racecourse design and
the implementation of the project
so far.
Ffos
Las has the full backing of the Walters Group which
was established in 1982
and is today one of the leading privately owned development
plant hire, civil engineering
and mining contractors in the UK. Ffos Las is part of
an expanding portfolio of land
owned by the Walters Group who will bring their considerable
expertise in large scale
civil engineering work to the project.
