Our racecourse is the ideal venue for weddings and wedding receptions as well as civil partnerships, baby naming ceremonies, renewals of vows or any other special occasions.
For brides and grooms, a dedicated wedding co-ordinator plans your event with you and tailors a package to suit your individual requirements, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and you can relax and enjoy the company of your families and friends.
After recently being granted a wedding licence, you can now hold your whole day here and be rest assured that every detail will be taken care of, leaving you to enjoy your day.
We have fantastic facilities for your reception – our Bridles restaurant with it’s superb balcony and views; our Owners and Trainers Restaurant, ideal for smaller weddings and our stylish VIP Marquee.
The racecourse offers picturesque and tranquil settings for an unforgettable day, with a wonderful backdrop for photographic memories.
To make things as easy as possible for you, we have created three different food packages offering a wide range of dishes for you to choose from. Simply select which one is best for you together with one of our drinks packages and we’ll do the rest. Please note that these are just example menus and we can tailor packages to suit your needs and budget
Each of our packages includes: -
- Exclusive hire of the reception room with private bar facility until 12am (extended hours are available upon request). This room can also be used for the evening function at no additional charge.
- Three-course silver service wedding breakfast.
- White linen tablecloths and napkins (burgundy napkins are also available if required).
- Dance floor.
- Use of cake stand and bridal knife.
- Free and convenient on-site car parking.
- Secure, lockable area for Wedding gifts.
- Cloakroom facility available.
- Complimentary first anniversary gift of a dinner for two in Bridles Restaurant and any race meeting of your choice (subject to availability).
